Let's prepare together...
The best gift
The best gift you can give for my ordination is your personal preparation to strive for holiness, and that you pray for me and the other nineteen seminarians who will be ordained with me. Below, you will find some ideas and resources that can help you prepare well.

Homecoming
There is nothing better than being home with Jesus. I encourage you to make a good confession. The sacrament of penance, also called sacrament of joy, brings us closer to Jesus in case we have separated from Him due to sin, restores our inner peace, and gives us strength to joyfully struggle to be holy. Additionally, it prepares us to receive the Lord in the Eucharist.

Receive Jesus in the Eucharist
Participating in the Holy Mass and receiving Jesus in the sacrament of the Holy Eucharist is the most significant action we can do each day. Wherever you are, when you receive Jesus, I beg you to pray for me and ask that I become a faithful, joyful, and holy priest.

Life of Prayer
Prayer is simply talking with Jesus, with God the Father, with the Holy Spirit, with the Virgin Mary, and with the saints. It's sharing your life with them, telling them your joys, sorrows, and concerns, asking them for advice and strength, and meditating on the word of God (especially the Gospels). This leads us to imitate Christ and to become like Him.

Under the protection of our Mother
At the moment of our definitive encounter with God, the Virgin Mary will be by our side "saying good and beautiful things" about us to Jesus. She is our mother, a powerful intercessor. The prayer that pleases Mary the most is the Holy Rosary. However, there are many precious prayers to turn to our heavenly Mother.
It would be of great help to me in my preparation for the priesthood if you could accompany me in your Holy Rosary, or by praying three Hail Marys each day for me and for the other 19 future priests.
